St. Mark's Green Triangle - Wunya Park

St. Mark's land includes a rare remnant of the original Buderim rainforest. It contains 71 native species. Over the last couple of years the area has been hand weeded and the camphor laurel trees are steadily being removed, leaving the indigenous species. We have also hosted community planting days. A viewing platform is soon to be installed with a safe path leading to it. Another area of our church for quiet contemplation and reflection. This work has given the community access to a beautiful piece of Buderim original escarpment.
